The Creek Church was founded in 1861 as Hawk Creek Baptist Church. For 144 years the church existed as a small community church, serving those living in and near the Hawk Creek area of Laurel County, Kentucky. 45 people were attending weekly in 2005 when God began a movement in our church. Today, over 2,000 people attend our campuses weekly and over 2,000 people have been baptized since 2005.

We want children to enjoy coming to church, whatever their stage of life. That’s why we’ve created safe, age-appropriate kids environments where children can learn about God in ways they will love!
UpFront is our weekly environment for 6th through 12th grade students. Each week, students experience live worship, interactive games, relevant teaching, and, most importantly, interaction with a small group.
